1. Titular del sitio y del servicio
Este sitio web y la plataforma disponible en app.partypass.mx son propiedad de DCM DEVS, sociedad constituida conforme a las leyes de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, y son operados por ella.
2. Relación entre PartyPass y DCM DEVS
PartyPass es el nombre comercial y la marca bajo la cual DCM DEVS ofrece al público su plataforma de invitaciones digitales, confirmación de asistencia por WhatsApp, pases QR y gestión de eventos. PartyPass no es una persona moral independiente: todos los derechos, obligaciones y contratos derivados del uso del servicio corresponden a DCM DEVS
En consecuencia, cuando en este sitio, en los Términos y Condiciones, en la Política de Privacidad o en la aplicación se emplean las expresiones «PartyPass», «nosotros» o «nuestro», debe entenderse que se refieren a DCM DEVS

La cuenta de WhatsApp Business que se muestra a los usuarios con el nombre PartyPass es titularidad y ha sido registrada por DCM DEVS en la Plataforma de WhatsApp Business de Meta. Los mensajes enviados desde esa cuenta —invitaciones, confirmaciones y recordatorios— son enviados por cuenta y orden de los anfitriones que contratan el servicio.
4. Propiedad intelectual
La marca PartyPass, el logotipo, el software, el diseño del sitio y los contenidos son propiedad de DCM DEVS o se utilizan bajo licencia. Queda prohibida su reproducción o uso sin autorización previa por escrito.

PartyPass is the trade name and brand under which DCM DEVS offers its digital invitation, WhatsApp RSVP, QR pass and event management platform to the public. PartyPass is not a separate legal entity: all rights, obligations and contracts arising from use of the service belong to DCM DEVS
Accordingly, wherever this site, the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy or the application use the words "PartyPass", "we" or "our", they refer to DCM DEVS

4. Intellectual property
The PartyPass brand, logo, software, site design and contents are owned by DCM DEVS or used under licence. Reproduction or use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
