ES - Términos y Condiciones

Al crear una cuenta y utilizar PartyPass aceptas estos términos y condiciones. Te recomendamos leerlos con detenimiento; describen tus derechos, tus obligaciones y los compromisos que asumimos contigo.

1. Aceptación de los términos

El uso de PartyPass está sujeto a estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo con alguna parte, te pedimos no registrarte ni utilizar la plataforma.

2. Descripción del servicio

PartyPass es una plataforma para crear invitaciones digitales, gestionar listas de invitados, enviar confirmaciones por WhatsApp y coordinar la logística de eventos como bodas, quinceañeras y otros festejos.

3. Cuenta de usuario

  • Debes proporcionar información veraz y mantenerla actualizada.
  • Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tu contraseña y de toda actividad realizada desde tu cuenta.

4. Uso aceptable

Te comprometes a no:

  • Enviar spam, mensajes no solicitados o contenido que viole las políticas de WhatsApp o Meta.
  • Usar la plataforma con fines ilegales, fraudulentos o que infrinjan derechos de terceros.
  • Cargar listas de contactos para las cuales no tengas consentimiento de comunicación.
  • Intentar acceder sin autorización a sistemas, datos o cuentas de otros usuarios.

5. Pagos y reembolsos

PartyPass se ofrece bajo un modelo de pago único, sin suscripciones ni cargos recurrentes:

  • Planes de eventos: un pago único por evento que cubre la planeación, el evento y el período posterior al mismo.
  • Paquetes para salones y wedding planners: compras un paquete de créditos de eventos. Cada crédito se aplica a un evento y los créditos no expiran.

Los precios y características aplicables se muestran al momento de la compra.

Garantía de 7 días: si dentro de los 7 días posteriores a tu compra no estás satisfecho, escríbenos por WhatsApp al +52 639 175 0101 y te ayudamos a encontrar una solución o procesamos el reembolso. Esta garantía aplica a planes de eventos y a paquetes de créditos que no hayan sido utilizados.

6. Contenido del usuario

Conservas la propiedad del contenido que cargas (fotos, textos, listas de invitados, etc.). Al usar PartyPass nos otorgas una licencia limitada para alojarlo, procesarlo y mostrarlo con el fin de prestarte el servicio.

7. Mensajería por WhatsApp

El envío de invitaciones y recordatorios por WhatsApp está sujeto a las políticas de WhatsApp Business y Meta. Eres responsable de contar con el consentimiento de los destinatarios para recibir comunicaciones.

8. Disponibilidad y modificaciones

Hacemos esfuerzos razonables para mantener el servicio disponible, pero no garantizamos operación ininterrumpida. Podemos modificar, suspender o descontinuar funciones; cuando un cambio sea significativo te avisaremos por los medios disponibles.

9. Limitación de responsabilidad

PartyPass se ofrece "tal cual". En la medida permitida por la ley, no somos responsables por daños indirectos, lucro cesante o pérdida de datos derivados del uso del servicio. Nuestra responsabilidad total se limita al monto pagado por ti en los doce meses previos al evento que originó el reclamo.

10. Terminación

Puedes cerrar tu cuenta en cualquier momento. Podemos suspender o cerrar cuentas que incumplan estos términos o pongan en riesgo a otros usuarios o al servicio.

11. Cambios a los términos

Podemos actualizar estos términos. La versión vigente estará siempre publicada en esta página; el uso continuado del servicio tras una actualización implica aceptación de los cambios.

12. Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos. Cualquier controversia se someterá a los tribunales competentes de la Ciudad de México, salvo que la ley aplicable disponga lo contrario.

By creating an account and using PartyPass you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully; they describe your rights, your obligations, and the commitments we make to you.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Use of PartyPass is subject to these terms. If you do not agree with any part, please do not register or use the platform.

2. Service Description

PartyPass is a platform for creating digital invitations, managing guest lists, sending confirmations via WhatsApp, and coordinating the logistics of events such as weddings, quinceañeras, and other celebrations.

3. User Account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates WhatsApp or Meta policies.
  • Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or infringing purposes.
  • Upload contact lists for which you do not have consent to send communications.
  • Attempt to access without authorization the systems, data, or accounts of other users.

5. Payments and Refunds

PartyPass uses a one-time payment model. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges:

  • Event plans: a one-time payment per event that covers planning, the event itself, and the post-event period.
  • Venue and wedding-planner packages: you buy a pack of event credits. Each credit applies to one event and credits do not expire.

Applicable prices and features are shown at the time of purchase.

7-day guarantee: if within 7 days of your purchase you are not satisfied, contact us on WhatsApp at +52 639 175 0101 and we will help you find a solution or process the refund. This guarantee applies to event plans and to credit packages whose credits have not been used.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, text, guest lists, etc.). By using PartyPass you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content to provide the service.

7. WhatsApp Messaging

Sending invitations and reminders via WhatsApp is subject to the WhatsApp Business and Meta policies. You are responsible for having recipient consent to send communications.

8. Availability and Modifications

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features; for material changes we will notify you through available channels.

9. Limitation of Liability

PartyPass is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put other users or the service at risk.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms. The current version will always be available on this page; continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the changes.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
